Ran the 3.5 mile long 5-mile trail at Ruffner Park. Thought the name was weird until I ran it. It seemed like 5 miles. :)

Had a tough but enjoyable run on Oak Mt. Shackleford Point (White) trail. Climbing that ridge is hard but worth it when you get to the top.
Had the black and blue mini burgers at Rogue Tavern on 2nd Ave N. They are pretty good but the best deal is 3 vegetables for $4.50.
